  • All our rugs, cushion covers and curtains are unique as they are handmade by local artisans using recycled material. Therefore, we photograph every single rug, cushion cover and curtain so that the articles you see in our online shop are the very ones you are buying and going to receive.
  • All the sizes are in centimetre. All our products being handmade, the sizes may vary slightly.
  • We use an independent method of secure payment via Internet, and therefore, we do not have access to any Credit card or Bank details.

  • To order, simply click on the Add to cart icon next to the item. Once you have done this, the item will be stored in your shopping cart. When finished, click on the View Cart icon in the navigation bar on the right hand side. This will show you all the items you have chosen to purchase. Follow the instructions on screen to proceed with your payment. You will receive an email confirming your purchase payment.
  • Or if you prefer, we also accept payments by bank transfer or Paypal. Contact us with your order (item references and quantities) and contact details. We will confirm stock availability and price. Your order will be reserved and then dispatched on receipt of your payment.
  • Our prices do not include Postage & Packaging. This is added on later when you check out according to the delivery country.
  • Our rugs, cushion covers, throws or curtains are normally packed and dispatched within three working days and take about 7-10 business days to reach destination within mainland Spain and Europe. We use the courier GLS, which provides easy parcel tracking.
  • For countries not included in our shipping list, please contact us with your order and your address and we will reply with the shipping cost and stock availability.
  • Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days in which to return it, should it not be to your liking. The product must be returned unused and must be well packaged to prevent any damage when in transit. Once we have received the product and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will refund you the price of the product only. You will be responsible for both shipping costs.
  • In the very unlikely event that you find a manufacturer's defect with your rug, cushion cover, throw or curtain, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be returned to us unused and must be well packaged to prevent any damage when in transit, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault following our inspection, we will provide you with a full refund of the return postage, and either a replacement or a full refund of the product, whichever you prefer.
  • PLEASE NOTE: we make every effort to take accurate photos of each individual rug, cushion cover, throw and curtain. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations as the colours may also vary according to your own browser settings.
